• Provide loan recommendations that meet the client’s objectives and requirements

We do not act as a lender or provide credit directly. All credit applications are subject to lender approval and credit assessment.

4. Cashback Offer

Where we advertise a cashback or rebate offer, the offer will be governed by the specific Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions published on our Site.
Key points include:

• Minimum settled loan amount: $500,000
• Cashback amount: 0.2% of the settled loan amount, capped at $10,000 per loan
• Paid via bank transfer to an Australian bank account within 30 days of settlement
• Offer only available for eligible home loans and subject to clawback if the loan is discharged, refinanced, or significantly reduced within 24 months and our commission is reclaimed by the lender.

5. Eligibility for Services

• We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or product availability
