Cashback Offer

Effective Date: 1 August 2025

1. Eligibility

This Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is available to clients who:

• Apply for a home loan, investment loan, or refinance through AussieLoansDirect.com
• Settle their loan on or after 1 August 2025;
• Settle their loan on or before 31 December 2025;
• Meet the lender’s eligibility criteria and loan conditions;
• Have a settled loan amount of $500,000 or more.

2. Cashback Amount

• We will rebate 0.2% of the total settled loan amount, up to a maximum of $10,000 per loan.
• Example: For a $500,000 loan, the cashback amount will be $1,000. 
• Cashback is calculated on the net loan amount funded at settlement, excluding any amounts held in offset accounts.
   

3. Payment Timing

• Cashback will be paid within 30 calendar days of settlement.
• Payment will be made via bank transfer to the Australian bank account nominated by the client.
   

4. Limitations

• Offer only available for home loans.
• Not available for:

              - Bridging loans

              - Construction loans (unless converted to a standard loan at completion)

              - Personal loans

              - Car loans

• Not available in conjunction with any other broker rebate, promotion, or offer unless agreed in writing.
   

5. Clawback

If the loan is discharged, refinanced, or significantly reduced within the first 24 months, and we are required to refund our commission to the lender (“Commission Clawback”), we reserve the right to recover the equivalent cashback amount from you. Recovery will be by invoice payable within 14 days.

6. Disclosure

• This cashback is offered solely by AussieLoansDirect.com and is separate from any lender rebate or incentive.
• Full details of your estimated cashback will be provided in your Credit Proposal Disclosure Document before your application is lodged.
• This offer may be withdrawn or varied at any time without notice for new applications.
